Last week Chiel visited a certain vessel in Norway to replace one transducer (got damaged when changing the swing set box-coolers), and measuring the SPL : sound pressure level for each of the transducers.
On the video an observant person can see him working in one of the confined spaces where the box-coolers are.
The measurements for all transducers were good: more than 10 decibels over the threshold which Shipsonic considers sufficient to guarantee effectiveness of the ultrasonic workings. (I am not giving figures here, sorry for our USAF friends, but we keep some trade secrets to ourselves for the moment).
