Together with Kelvion, Shipsonic has developed test equipment that can measure the actual capacity of a cooler. It measures not only the inlet and outlet temperature of the coolant, but also the speed at which the fluid flows through the coolers.

The ultrasonic anti-fouling system (USAF) on 4 box coolers was installed and commissioned at the MultiMarine Services yard in Limassol. The system consists of 2 control units and 11 transducers (TD) 80Watt/20,5 kHz/IP76, and 11 transducers (TD) 100Watt/28 kHz/IP76. Control units: MDP10-8 and MDP20-14

MS Color Hybrid is a cruiseferry owned and operated by Color Line on their route between Sandefjord in Norway and Strömstad in Sweden. The installation was carried out during the drydocking in Orskov Shipyard during 7-16.2.2024 but completed and powered up some days after vessel’s departure from the yard.
