Hulls - yes, we can absolutely protect your hulls. It is even straightforward for Shipsonic, to do so. However, however, we install only a small portion of our systems on hulls.

Why is that? Two reasons:ย 

It requires a very large number of transducers, roughly 2 transducers between frames, on port and starboard. That comes to 4 transducers every 600mm or so.ย 

We need to be able to reach the hull and often there are ballast tanks and other items in the way, making it hard to install on all parts.

For now we mostly recommend hybrid solutions. Ourselves combined with a cleaning robot/in-transit cleaning.

But we are getting this question a lot and we are working with ship designers on developing full hull protection. Watch this space for updates.
