Fish cannot hear ultrasonic sound. They actually have hearing for lower frequencies than humans. Some sea mammals - dolphins, whales - do actually hear the high frequency sounds. Shipsonic is going to participate in a research to measure how much of its systems' sound travels - how far away from a vessel can how many decibels be registered? We should have answers in about a year.
